Our meeting runs for 1.5 hours each fortnight and features 3 styles of meetings. At all meetings we share our current “wins” and “challenges”.
- Connection MeetingsStructured meetings where we share insights about our own businesses - what has been successful (our wins) and what keeps us awake at night (our challenges). Through building trusted relationships from a broad minded group of business owners, we optimize our learnings over time. Our aim is to create respectful and credible relationships that lead to word of mouth referrals for your business should such opportunities arise.
- Mastermind MeetingsWe focus on helping your business become more profitable through a deep dive into key drivers of your business. We workshop key topics amongst Boardroom members to canvass alternative approaches to business and operational strategies so you can implement what is relevant to your business.
- Academy MeetingsWe feature guest speakers on specific topics of interest to the business boardroom. We encourage board members to bring along guests so that knowledge can be shared. Our aim is to provide valuable insights into evolving business trends from industry experts.

Frequently asked questions
There is a once off joining fee of $375 incl. gst, with an annual membership of $275 p.a. Monthly costs are $85 incl. gst (N/A for online meetings) and include breakfast.
Your time is valuable and we understand that in choosing to join, you are making a commitment. The commitment means attending each fortnight with the aim of building relationships. Substitutes are allowed but not on a regular basis.
Your business turnover is typically $1-20m, or you may be a service provider to such businesses.
At the heart of UFY Boardroom is an educational based program that runs through a 12 week cycle. There are three main styles of meetings, connection, mastermind and academy meetings and a large part is the combined knowledge and expertise of your fellow Boardroom members.
We meet in Richmond every 2nd Thursday at 571 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC at 7.30 a.m sharp.
Breakfast and sundry out of pocket expenses are charged at a fixed monthly fee, regardless of attendance.
