One-to-one business coaching sessions occur every week, fortnight or three weekly depending on your circumstances. Meetings last between 1 – 2 hours and we work through setting goals, reviewing implementation of plans, and reflecting on what worked and what didn’t work so we can change the habits and behaviours within the business. Between meetings, the business owner has a list of things to do or consider, and the business coach helps you have a sounding board for you ideas and strategies.
Qualifications of a business coach are based on practical experiences in running a business, the theories of how to run a business and understanding people and risks that occur through growth.
I have over 40 years of business experience, from Chartered Accountant, financier (working in a bank), being Managing Director or General Manager, and working in large, medium and small entities both here in Australia and in the United Kingdom.
